Hi, I’m Martina, founder of Away Together, a group travel leader and believer in the power of shared experiences.
I started Away Together because on every tour I led, I kept seeing the same thing : people arriving solo, unsure if they’d fit in… and leaving with new friends, shared memories and plans to meet again. Travel has this quiet magic, it connects people. And I knew I wanted to build something that made that magic more accessible, especially for those navigating life’s big transitions alone.
Over the years, I’ve worked with some of the biggest names in travel, planning and leading group tours across Ireland and beyond. But it wasn’t just the destinations that stuck with me, it was the people. The laughs over dinner, the chats on the bus, the joy of discovering something new – together.
